Supreme court ordered to burst crackers in and our NCR Delhi area on November 7 and 8 limited to specific morning and Evening Hours. It banned unauthorized Fireworks and pollution monitoring at specific areas.
The Direct order is issued by Judges of MM Sundresh and Prasanna B Varale, also state complete ban resume after November 8.
Crackers Manufactures also have certificates from the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (CSIR-NEERI) and the Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO).
When can burst green crackers in Delhi-NCR?
The timing for bursting Crackers on November 7 and Nov 8 are
Morning: 6 am to 7 am
Evening: 8 pm to 10 pm
No crackers can be burst within a 300-metre radius of hospitals, nursing homes, primary and district health centres, old-age homes, educational institutions and notified silence zones. Authorities must declare these areas no-cracker zones, mark them on the ground and publicise their locations.
